360 SYSTEMS® ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

New Employee-Owners to Propel Company Growth While Maintaining Tradition of Excellence

Thousand Oaks, Calif. ― (July 29, 2014) 360 Systems, manufacturer of innovative video and audio broadcast products, announced on Thursday the successful change of ownership from Robert Easton to long-term employees. 360 Systems will continue all operations and maintain its existing staff in the current location of Thousand Oaks, California. Mr. Easton will continue to provide support to the company in an advisory capacity.

360 Systems was founded in 1972 by Mr. Easton, a University of Southern California cinema department graduate working in the Hollywood film industry. The company’s original business plan focused on applying new semiconductor technology to products for the music and recording industries. Many of these “firsts” from the 1970s became industry standards. Since then, the company has consistently developed innovative video and audio products for broadcast that emphasize quality, reliability, and ease-of-use. Through this transition, customers can expect the assurance of the same dependable products and services, with the benefit of a renewed, dynamic focus on technology and software development.
